Prepare For Me

First Aid

You will be starting the most amazing journey of your life with the arrival of your precious little parcel. In preparation, learn life-saving skills with the Prepare For Me First Aid course, which will give you peace of mind and confidence to know how to deal with unexpected events.

Each developmental stage is different, and so is the potential first aid need. The Prepare For Me First Aid course covers babies up to the weaning stage. You will learn all the crucial skills specifically focusing on the first few months of life. This allows us to discuss in detail first aid knowledge required for this stage.

Fun, friendly and practical 1-hour course covering first aid for babies. You will learn all the skills necessary in helping your little ones when they need your support the most. Gain confidence in life saving skills, including CPR and choking, which is the parents' most feared incident.

There is absolutely no need for you to leave your home! Choose between two course formats:

  • Live Online Training - The live online course will be just for you and your group, no additional participants link in. The set-up is really simple and all you need is a computer with an internet connection! Detailed joining instructions will be sent to you.

  • In-Person Training - This course can be held at the comfort of your own home, with the instructor delivering the course just for you and your group. At present, in-person training is limited to the following areas: North Weald, Epping, Ongar, Harlow, Sawbridgeworth, Bishop's Stortford.
